Kraze Burger (크라제버거) and Kraze Diner are a popular burger franchise with locations across the country. It caters to the casual dining market lodged in between the fast food restaurants like Burger King to family restaurants like Bennigans.
Kraze Burger was originally spelled this way to elicit a 'craze' for their burgers. However, given the use of the English word 'crazy' among Koreans, customers have gravitated to just calling the place 'Krazy Burger' (pronounced 'Kuh-lae-shee Baw-gaw' ). Keep in mind that with loanwords, or Konglish, speaking the way Koreans do will make you understood better, even if it seems a bit off to the native speaker.
