Large Face Park (음성큰바위얼굴조각공원) is a sculpture park in Eumseong with an amazing variety of stone busts of famous people. One section has the baddies: Idi Amin, Hitler, Osama bin Laden, Kim Il-sung, and Qaddafi. Most people are scattered at random - various Koreans, John Lennon, Oprah Winfrey, Park Chung Hee, Millard Fuller, Che Guevara, George W. Bush, Hillary Clinton, Socrates, and Bill Gates. Some are hard to identify by sight; Oprah Winfrey looks a lot like Mick Jagger. There are also folk characters, steles, pagodas, and other miscellany. The area covered by this park is large and at one end overlaps into the grounds of a hospital.
The park is several kilometer from the bus terminal in Saenggeuk and one can get there by taxi or take the shuttle bus. Admission fee (as of 1/06) is 6,000 won for adults and 3,500 for children.
