This is the main page for lessons on the Korean language. Users may post their own lessons, as well as edit and update the lessons of others. However, it can be assumed that most lessons will have either one author or one main author, and users are encouraged to sign their name next to the pages they have created that are listed here in case others have questions later on (it is possible to see who has updated a page by looking at the history of an article but signing one's name is slightly more convenient).
Until lessons have become numerous enough to warrant being organized on separate pages per level and subject, they should be listed here. Feel free to make up your own categories and subheadings.
A level system from one to five may also be a good idea:
- Level 1: learning hangul and basic phrases assuming almost no knowledge of the language
- Level 2: assumes the user can read hangul, will focus mostly on basic grammar such as verb conjugation, negatives, adjective use, etc.
- Level 3: intermediate. Most lessons will likely be on this level. Ads on the subway, phrases with perhaps three or more grammatical concepts to know, normal conversation, etc.
- Level 4: regular Korean conversation, children's newspapers, most songs, etc.
- Level 5: difficult newspaper articles, dialects, hanja, news broadcasts, transcripts of variety shows, etc.
