Live beer is a Konglish expression for draft/draught beer. It's essentially a too-literal translation of the Korean expression 생맥주; 생 comes from the Chinese character 生, which can have various meanings including "live," but would probably be better translated here as "fresh." It could thus also be considered a transference error.
