Take a taxi to 'Chang-dong'. Enter Chang-dong district from the main street by the big arch. Walk straight and take your first left or right on Dongseobuk-gil 14 (side street), NOT Odongseo 6 street. The restaurant will be further down on your left, big green sign, says MEXICO on it. You can't miss it. Recently, it moved a little closer (10 meters) to the street entrance.
