Mt. Yudal Flower Festival

Mt. Yudal Flower Festival is held each spring in honor of the forsythia flowers that blossom around Yudalsan in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do. The flower is significant, according to one source, because it "brings hope to city residents emerging from the long and dark winter" [1]. In 2007 the festival will be held from April 6 to April 8.
