Mupung-myeon (무풍면) (茂豊面) is located in Muju-gun, Jeollabuk-do. It is bounded on the north and west by Seolcheong-myeon, on its northeast by Gimcheon's Buhang-myeon, on the east by Daedeok-myeon (also in Gimcheon), on the south by Geochang-gun's Goje-myeon and on just a little of the southwest by Buksang-myeon.

Highway 37 runs through the southern part of Mupung-myeon, and road #1069 passes through the center. Highway 30 and road #1089 are in the north.
