Myeongdong Cathedral is a large Catholic cathedral in the centre of Myeong-dong and perhaps the most well-known church in the country. It was created by a French priest near the end of the 19th century and has over 3000 guests per day.
Weekday and Saturday masses take place in Korean at 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and Sunday masses in English take place at 9:00 a.m.
