Naebuk-myeon (내북면, 內北面) is a myeon in Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It consists of twenty villages or ri (里). On its west and north sides lies Cheongwon-gun. To the east one finds Sanoe-myeon and Boeun-eup. A southern border is shared with Suhan-myeon. On the southwest is Hoebuk-myeon.

• Highway 19 passes through this myeon.
• Bus: Intercity buses from Cheongju, going to Boeun, Sangju, or Sanae-ri in Songnisan National Park pass through and stop here.
• Train: Nearest station is at Cheongju.
