Naeseo-myeon (내서면) (內西面) is a myeon in Sangju-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It consists of nine villages or ri (里). To its west are Hwadong-myeon and Hwaseo-myeon. On the north is Oiseo-myeon. On the east are the dongs of Sangju. To the southeast is Oinam-myeon.
