Naeseongcheon (내성천, 乃城川) is a stream in Gyeongsangbuk-do in the county of Yecheon. It is 106.29 km in length and has a total watershed of 1,814.71㎢. It flows into the Nakdong River. Near its lower terminus it forms the scenic peninsula of Hoeryongpo.
