Nampyeong-eup is the lone eup in Naju city, Jeollanam-do. It has a population of 9,436 and an area of 54.2 square kilometers [1].

Nampyeong-eup is bordered by Gwangju to the north, and is a short commute. The most prominent features in town are several relatively tall love motels.
