Number 10 is a franchise bar, named after the British Prime Minister's house -- No. 10 Downing Street. Though the bar is a bit pricey for the type of place it is (4,500 won a glass and no pitchers available) it's an easy place to find other expats. The menu is heavy on western-style fare; Vegetarians should note that the cheese potato plate has a few slices of ham, which you can ask them to leave out.

They're currently running specials on Smirnoff vodka; one bottle plus anju for 89,000.
