Ojingeo-bokkeum (오징어볶음) Squid cut into slices and fried along with onions (and sometimes vegetables such as bamboo shoots, green peppers, pyogo (shiitake) mushrooms, or scallions) with a gochujang-based sauce. It is often sprinkled with roasted sesame seeds as in the photo.
