The chain was originally founded in Italy. Prices are generally around the same as Starbucks and The Coffee Bean, or around 4000 - 6000 won per cup for specialized espresso-based drinks.
The design generally uses red, white and black and most stores are built with multiple levels. Smoking is allowed in some areas.
