Popeye HOF (뽀빠이호프) is a bar in Anyang, just off of Rodeo Street. It's relatively small, but has a huge television, and customers who come before 9pm can get a free 2000cc pitcher of beer. The owner also sometimes gives out coupons for free beer and discounts at a nearby noraebang. To get there, go south towards Uri Bank past the Wa Bar; it's on the fourth floor of the next building, which has a Family Mart on the ground floor.
