[edit] Reasons for possible elimination of protection
(from Article 69 of Forestry Law)
- Natural disaster
- Desire to use site for construction of power plant, broadcasting facilities, irrigation canals, roads, harbors, airports, railroad, weather stations, military bases.
- No further reason for protection
