Punggi-eup (풍기읍) (豊基邑) is an eup in Yeongju-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It consists of fourteen villages or ri (里).
Punggi is one of Korea's principle ginseng-growing areas. There's a festival each October, and there are many ginseng shops on the street leading out from the train station.

- Bus: Local buses from Yeongju leave regularly from the shinae bus terminal. They stop at several locations along the main street in Punggi.
- Train: Trains between Yeongju and Wonju stop at Punggi Station.
