SM Ching Hai (SM 칭하이) is a vegan buffet restaurant in Yangjae, named after and operated by followers of the Vietnamese religous leader Supreme Master Ching Hai. For a flat fee of 13,000 won, customers can eat as much of the buffet as they can; dishes include both traditional Korean vegetable dishes and versions of bulgogi, kimbap, etc., made with fake meats, which the restaurant calls 채식고기 and also sells to take home. It is also one of the few places in Korea where one can find Americanized Chinese food. The salad bar offers some pretty good fresh fruit, and there's tea to have after you finish.
