Sacheon-jjajang

사천짜장면 (sacheon-jjah-jang-myeon)

Sacheon jjajangmyeon is similar to samseon-jjajangmyeon, in that it contains seafood, however, has a high concentration of gochu pepper, making it very spicy and the sauce is of a red color. "Sacheon" is the Korean version of Szechuan.
