Sacheon-kan-jjajang

사천간짜장면 (sacheon-kan-jjah-jang-myeon)

Sacheon kan jjajangmyeon is similar to samseon-jjajangmyeon, in that it contains seafood, however, has a high concentration of gochu pepper, making it very spicy and the sauce is of a red color. The sauce has been boiled and then fried to make it into more of a paste.
