Samho-eup (삼호읍) is an administrative division of Yeongam county, Jeollanam-do. It occupies an area of 56.24 square kilometers and in 2001 had a population of 17,124 [1].

It shares a border with the city of Mokpo and some of the city's new development has spread to Samho-eup. Points of interest include Daebul University, Daebul Station, the Agricultural Museum, Yeongsan Lake, and Yeongsan Lake Citizens Park.

There is a small bus terminal in Samho-eup which has regular buses to Mokpo, Yeongam, and local villages. Buses from Mokpo bound for other cities in the country often stop in Samho. The town is also served by Daebul Station.
