Samseung-myeon (삼승면, 三升面) is in Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It consists of eleven ri (리, 里). On its west side it shares a boundary with Suhan-myeon. To the south are found Okcheon-gun's Annae-myeon, Annam-myeon, Cheongseong-myeon, and Cheongsan-myeon. The east border is shared with Mari-myeon and Tanbu-myeon. To the north is Boeun-eup.
