Sanoe-myeon (산외면, 山外面) is a myeon in Boeun-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It contains 18 village or ri (里). On its west side is Naebuk-myeon. To the north is Cheongwon-gun, and Goesan-gun's Cheongcheon-myeon. The eastern boundary is shared with Sangju-shi's Hwabuk-myeon. To the south one finds Naesongni-myeon and Boeun-eup.
