Seo-myeon (서면) (西面) is a myeon in Uljin-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It consists of seven villages or ri (里). Across its western boundary are Bonghwa-gun's Socheon-myeon and Seokpo-myeon. To its north is Samcheok-shi's Gagok-myeon. Along the easter border can be found Buk-myeon, Uljin-eup, Geumnam-myeon and Wonnam-myeon. On the south is Yeongyang-gun's Subi-myeon.
