Seongin Orakshils (성인오락실) are essentially video gambling arcades for adults. Although gambling is illegal in Korean, these arcades can be seen everywhere, once one knows what to look for. They can commonly be seen with the word 게임 (game) in their title, or can be aptly called a 게임장 (game room), although some 게임장s are simply regular orakshil arcades for kids.

As gambling is illegal, these games don't 'technically' win any jackpots for you. You get coins or tokens of some sort, like Pachinko in Japan. Then, you saunter around until you find the semi-visible(sometimes blatantly visible) booth that redeems them into cash. The booth at times, may be in a back room or next door.
