This hill overlooking the Seonyudong Valley is the farthest west you can get in Mungyeong-shi...

Seonyudong Valley's upper part is located in the Wanjang-ni, Gaeun-eup, Mungyeong-shi, Gyeongsangbuk-do. This is an area of forest, large white rocks and falling water. Located here is the pavilion Chilwugeong, said to have been built by seven people whose names contained the character "Wu." It was constructed in 1927.

The western part of this segment of the valley is located in Songnisan National Park.

The valley can be reached from Jeomchon shinae bus terminal or from Mungyeong-eup's terminal, by taking the local bus to Beobawi. By car, drive northwest on Road 922 from Gaeun.
