Seorak Sunrise Park is located in Sokcho-shi, Gangwon-do, on the shores of the East Sea. It is at Seorak-ipku, the junction of the road to Seoraksan National Park. It is noted for its sculpture park. Across the highway are restaurants and a small intercity bus terminal, as well as a local bus stop. At the latter buses can be caught for the national park, as well as for Yangyang and Sokcho. At the
former buses stop going to Seoul and Gangneung.
