Shinhan Bank

Shinhan Bank (신한은행) is one of the major banks in Korea. It was founded in 1982 and had a total of 363 locations near the end of 2003. They also operate a currency exchange booth at both Incheon International Airport and Gimpo Airport. It is part of the Shinhan Financial Group, along with CHB Bank and Jeju Bank.

  • Qingdao (青岛), China. May be used for single-day cash transfers from one's account in Korea but instant cash withdrawal is not possible, nor can traveller's cheques be cashed.
