손짜장면 (son-jjah-jang-myeon)
As jjajangmyeon noodles are usually made from machines, son-jjajangmyeon (손 meaning 'by hand') consists of noodles made by hand and is therefore reputed to be of a higher quality. Also called 수타면 (hand.struck.noodles). This version of jjajangmyeon is not often available for delivery and people usually eat it at restaurants.
