손사천간짜장면 (son-sacheon-kan-jjah-jang-myeon)
Son sacheon kan jjajangmyeon is similar to samseon-jjajangmyeon, in that it contains seafood, however, has a high concentration of gochu pepper, making it very spicy and the sauce is of a red color. The noodles are hand-made, as opposed to machine-made, like regular jjajangmyeon noodles. The sauce has been boiled and then fried, reducing it to a paste.
