손삼선짜장면 (son-samseon-jjah-jang-myeon)

Son samseon jjajangmyeon is similar to jjajangmyeon, but it contains seafood, as well. The noodles are made by hand and is therefore reputed to be of a higher quality than the normal, machine-made noodles.
