Ssambap

Ssambap (쌈밥) Korean "tacos" using leaves rather than tortillas. Place on a leaf some meat, rice, panchan of choice, and a little ssamjang, roll it up and open wide the mouth. Leaves used for ssambap include cabbage, chinese cabbage, edible chrysanthemum, wild sesame, and kelp. Leaves may be cooked or raw. Comes from the Korean word 싸다 (ssada), to wrap up.
