Ssamjang

Ssamjang (쌈장) is a popular paste that has been mixed with gochujang and doenjang. It's often found amongst the banchan in Korean table settings and is used as a condiment for eating cooked meat with vegetable leaves. People also can be seen using it as a dip for gochu peppers, cucumbers, and carrots.
