순대 (soon-dae)

Pork intestines are salted and stuffed with a mixture of pig's blood, rice, green onions, garlic, minced pork, and yam noodles before being steamed.

Other types of sundae: Abai sundae, Pi sundae, Byeongcheon sundae, Ojingeo sundae.

"Sundae Town," in Shillim, southwestern Seoul, is a regionally famous cluster of sundae restaurants.
