A new E-Mart opened in Nov., 2005, just north of the Intercity Bus Terminal on Nambu-ro.

A G-Mart is on the east side of town

The Nong Hyup supermarket is on the corner, just south and across the street from the intercity bus terminal. A second Nong Hyup, just west of the JoongAng Shijang, is all torn up and undergoing extensive construction work (Oct., 2005)

There's the Jaeil Department Store, just south (in back of) the Joongang Sijang. It's an odd little place with little shops all around. The basement, with several small restaurants, is a smoker's paradise . Ventilation is very bad throughout the establishment.
