A new E-Mart opened in Nov., 2005, just north of the Intercity Bus Terminal on Nambu-ro.

A GS-Mart is on the east side of town. It's food area isn't all that big, given the size of the building - but there's still a lot there.

The Nong Hyup supermarket is on the corner, just south and across the street from the intercity bus terminal. A second Nong Hyup is just west of the JoongAng Shijang. It's not a large one. A third one is in the north end of town. Another is in Yulmulli.

There's the Jaeil Department Store, just south (in back of) the Joongang Sijang. It's an odd little place with little shops all around. The basement, with several small restaurants, is a smoker's paradise . Ventilation is very bad throughout the establishment.
