Suwon Galbi (μμ κ°λΉ) also known as Wanggalbi is a dish of beef ribs of extra-large (by Korean standards) size. Not surprisingly, this dish is a specialty of Suwon, Gyeonggi-do. It is celebrated annually in the Suwon Galbi Festival, held in late-May/early-June. [1]
