Taco Bill is a mexican restaurant in the Gangnam Station area of Seoul.
Opened in Nov.2005, they are an independently and locally owned restaurant, unaffiliated with the Taco Bill chain in Australia. Taco Bill is a nice gourmet restaurant that looks to have made a serious investment in their open kitchen, decor, and despite their website being down at the time of writing, they appear to have consulted a good designer and photographer to do their menu layout, entree photos, and business cards.
Food is fresh and most appears to be made from scratch, right down to the salsa.
Food made from scratch in the open-air kitchen.

[edit] Location
No map yet, but the best approach is to come out from exit 7 of Gangnam Station and walk straight for a few minutes. Keep walking until you see the big Jump Milano department store on your right. Go right at the next street after. You'll now be walking up a small hill past the underground parking gate to the department store and will soon find yourself at a 4-way intersection at the crest of the hill. Looking ahead, you'll see a 7-11 on your left. Walk straight ahead up the street that has 7-11 on the left and the old Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream sign on the right. Keep walking up that street and you'll eventually see Taco Bill on the right.
