As a teacher in Korea, your school will have all of the textbooks that you'll need for teaching your classes. Some popular textbooks that you may expect to see in your travels:
These are school favorites as they are considered '4 skills' textbooks, which mean that they encompass reading, writing, listening, and speaking in their lessons and activities. There are many other 4 Skills textbooks out there, plus loads of books that target individual skills. Living in Korea, you'll find that there are lots of bookstores with huge ESL sections that have hundreds of different textbooks for you to choose from, not to mention, large English sections for fiction, non-fiction, and magazines.
If you have the freedom to operate away from a textbook and you'd like to incorporate your own ideas and lessons, then the following can be helpful:
Most schools provide a brief training period at the beginning of a contract. A teacher's skills are expected to grow through practice and through the mentoring or supervision of other teachers and supervisors.
The teaching experience gotten from a year or two in Korea is usually valued by employers in Korea. Even a university job can be attained on the basis of teaching experience in Korea alone.
