The Teng Teng Skin Clinic, located in the Daehwa Building in Hongdae, is a dermatology clinic with an English-speaking staff. They offer mainly cosmetological services but also more mundane things like treating athlete's foot, though it's too expensive to justify for that unless you have a really bad case. Dr. Julius Jon is board-certified in both South Korea and the United States.
To get there, go out Hongik University Station exit 6. It's across the street from a BMW dealership.
