The Korea Times (한국일보, 韓國日報) sometimes known as the Hankook Ilbo, is one of the largest daily newspapers in Korea, with a circulation exceeding one million. It was founded on November 1, 1950. In addition to its original reportage, the English-language edition also reprints content from the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times. Unusually, it uses the McCune-Reischauer system of romanization.
The Times also publishes the SportsHankook, the Kids Hankook Ilbo, and the Weekly Hankook.
