두부 (豆腐, dubu)
Soybean Curd / Tofu. Uses the same hanja as the Japanese and Chinese words, the former of which is the source for the English pronunciation.
Dubu is very popular in Korea due it being high in protein. Dubu is first made from boiling and then grounding beans. The resulting thick liquid is poured into a mold and cooled to harden.
