Tojang Sundaeguk is a chain of restaurants serving various sundae dishes. The panchan - radish and kimchi - comes in large pieces accompanied by a pair of scissors. One cuts off the amount one wants to eat with the scissors. The sundaeguk contains more meat and less fat and gristle than many other sundae restaurants' products.

The restaurants feature cartoon pictures of 'chef pigs' on their front windows.
