Uncheon Station (Honam University), 운천역 (호남대입구), is a station on line 1 of the Gwangju subway. It is next to Sangmu and Ssangchon stations.

Gate 3: A large furniture store, Casamia, is located right in front of exit 3. Lotte Mart amd E-Mart are 10 and 15 minutes away, respectively, on foot. Columbus Cinema, a large movie theatre, is next to the E-Mart, and there is a CGV located two blocks away, behind the Lotte Mart. Scores of love motels, anma, hofs, and noraebang are packed into a several-block radius. May 18 Memorial Park is the primary tourist attraction in the area, though the small Uncheon Lake is nearby as well.
