The Waikiki Spa is a spa and jjimjilbang on the main road quite close to the bridge to Jebudo. In addition to the spa and jjimjilbang -- which is probably the cheapest place to stay the night if you visit the island -- they have a restaurant and a Nonghyup ATM corner. Just up the side road behind the spa are the Mayflower Restaurant and the 스위텔 motel.
