Wando-eup (완도읍, 莞島邑) is the county seat of Wando county, Jeollanam-do and is located on Wan-do island. It occupies an area of 53.94 and its population of 22,544 makes it the ninth most populous area in Jeollanam-do. A map of the area is available here, in Korean.
