Windsurfing can be done in Korea, and places that have a lot of activity include Busan and Hak-dong Beach in Geoje-do. Beaches around Incheon along the Yellow Sea have a lot of mud flats and generally not all that conducive to the sport, though it is done on a number of islands including Ulwangli Beach on Yeongjong-do. It's also available on the recreation islands of Chuncheon
