Woori Bank (우리은행 in Korean) is a government-owned bank headquartered in Seoul, Korea. The bank was established in 2002, and was formerly known as Hanvit Bank, which itself was the product of the 1999 merger of the Commercial Bank of Korea and Hanil Bank. It is the flagship of the Woori Financial Group.
