Yeongdeok (영덕군, 盈德郡, full.virtue.county) is a county in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The population as of 2004 was 45,959, including:
- 45,826 Koreans and
- 133 non-Koreans.

To the north of the county is the county of Uljin, to the west are the counties of Yeongyang and Cheongsong, to the south is the city of Pohang and to the east is the sea. To the northeast are the Taebaek Mountains, including mountains such as Chilbosan (칠보산) and Palgaksan (팔각산). The main river in the county is called the Oshipcheon (오십천).
The yearly average temperature is 12.7℃, and the average precipitation is 1,016mm. The highest temperature ever recorded was 38°C, and the lowest was -13.8°C.
Yeongdeok is known in Korea for snow crab (영덕대개).
