Yeongyang-eup (영양읍) (英陽邑) is an eup in Yeongyang-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do. It consists of fifteen villages or ri (里). It is bounded on the west by Ibam-myeon and Cheonggi-myeon, on the north by Irwol-myeon and Subi-myeon, on the east by Onjeong-myeon and Yangdeok-gun's Changsu-myeon, and on the south by Seokbo-myeon.
